Intermediate and final inspections are build into every component's path through the manufacturing process, within desired narrow tolerances, whether produced in small, medium or large batches. The company has invested in latest testing equipment like the Macro Hardness Testing Machine, Resistivity Tester and a Constant temperature bath and a test Certificate is provided with every batch of Bi-Metal Strips or Components that leave the premises of Shivom Bi-Metal Strips as per the IS 6911,1992 standards.
